Here is a list of frequently asked questions about Blend Retreat 2015. If you have a question that is not on the list, please leave it in the comments below or email blendretreat@gmail.com.

What airport should I fly into for Blend 2015?

Denver International Airport.

What time will things start on Friday, May 15th?

Registration will begin at 12 noon on Friday, May 15tth and run through 5 PM. The retreat officially starts at 3 PM with a snack break (sponsor TBA). The cocktail party starts at 6 PM on Friday evening.  You will be able to check into your cabin at 3 PM, so please keep in mind if you arrive early.

What time will things end on Sunday, May 17th?

The closing ceremony and raffle will wrap up around 12 noon, but you are welcome to stay in Boulder as late as you wish. There is a lot to do in the town and you may want to consider a later flight in order to see the sights!

How far is Chautauqua Park from the Denver International Airport (DIA)?

It is 35 miles from the airport to the retreat venue. It takes about thirty minutes.

How can I get from the airport to the retreat venue?

You can take a taxi or arrange a shuttle from the airport to the venue. There will be a group on Facebook for you to coordinate with fellow attendees regarding shared transportation.

What if I don’t know anyone or don’t have a bedmate/roommate?

Not to worry! Many of those who came to Blend the past three years didn’t know a soul. Your hosts will pair you up with some awesome roommates. If you are worried about sharing a bed with someone you don’t know, don’t fret! Everyone at Blend Retreat is friendly and it’s just like summer camp. However, you can always book your own private bed/bedroom and we will put you in a cabin with other attendees.

I am no longer able to attend.  Can I get a refund on my ticket/lodging?

Unfortunately, all sales are final.  You can, however, sell your ticket and lodging to someone else who can attend in your place.

Can I come to part of the retreat?

Yes! You can pick and choose which days/activities you would like to attend.

Are there age restrictions?

Due to the Cocktail hour, all attendees must be 21 years or older.

Can I get sponsored to attend the retreat?

Yes! We allow attendees to have a brand send them to the retreat as a representative. Attendees are welcome to wear their sponsor’s apparel and hand out samples to fellow attendees throughout the weekend!
